I was having intermitted up tilt problems and then the up quit completely. I've check both relays and they are good. I used a jumper wire in the up relay connector ant the up works fine. Using a 12v pen tester it appears that the switch on the side of the motor is not transfering power to the relay. I disconnected the switch and applyed direct power to both the up and down pins in the connector and only the down worked. My assumption is I have a bad wire between the connector and the up relay. My question is is therelay block and the wire harness all one unit or will I have to wire it. Looking at the drawings on boats.net they sell everything by piece. Is the relay block assembly and wire harness all one unit?
