Prop Removal

I have a J200PLEEB engine on a boat I bought about 3 years ago (used). The prop nut appears to be splined with a protection collar around it. Anti theft I am guessing. Where can I get the special tool required to remove the nut. I need to replace my seals in the lower unit as it has developed a slow oil leak.

If don't have the tool that came with that prop nut kit then you will have cut nut off.
