Several problems:
1) Engine will not idle. Carbs rebuilt twice by me, twice by repair shop, once by different repair shop. Boiled carbs body in hot water to remove any possible dried oil or debris as a last resort. No luck. I replaced fuel filters, new fuel hose and primer bulb, tried different fuel tanks. No luck.
2) When accelerating and coming on plane motor will slow down to 6 mph boat speed. Boat speed will speed up to 30 mph if I press the primer in 5 times.
3) 150 lbs. compression lower cylinder, 135 lbs. compression top cylinder.
4) Motor used very little. Sat up for 4 years.
