Honda 2004 outboard 15 hp carb

[B]Need help[/B], I have a 9hp Honda and was in process of rebuilding the carb,broke main jet brass screw .had to drill and use ( easy out) to get it out.I order new one with kit. I saw a new one on ebay for 15 hp for $30. I put it on and it worked find ,just wont idle a low as other one (9). My question is how can i convert the choke which is auto on the 15 and the other 9 hp choke is manual. Or just can hook this one up as a manual choke. either way would be find with me.

If it doesn't have choke plates in carb you can't convert it.

, All I needed was the jet, put it back in my 9.9 and runs like new
I replace the ones on the 15 when they came(boat.net)
I receive them week before the order came.

PS I tried it anyway ,just a little hard to start
