Replace old engine

I have a older outboard, a Johnson 1975 70 hp. on my bass boat that is shot. I would like to put on a engine that I have got on another boat that I have if I can. Two things. One is it would have to fit my power tilt trim mount. Two dose it have to be another Johnson or could a Evinrude work ?What I do have is a 1972 85 hp. Johnson and a 1975 70 hp. Evinrude to pick from. Could one of these maybe work ? The old engine is a 1975 70hp. Johnson Seahorse.

I would think the 70 hp would work, not sure about the 85 hp as I think it would be a 4 cylinder and a different mount.
They are OMC just different names.
