Hi everyone. I just scored a 67 60hp Super Sea Horse with a 90 Horse powerhead for 160.00. The flywheel spins freely, and it seems to be in good shape. I have a question in reference to mounting it to my boat. I am new to this so try not to laugh too hard ok? I dont see what I would expect like a mount that screws onto the transom. I have two what appear to be aluminum shafts about 8 inches long, and the plate on the back of the outboard that has two very small hooks at the top of it. I dont know how else to describe it. Am I missing the part that attaches to the transom, or are these the implements I need? Also, what should I check before trying to start the engine. Thanks for your help in advance.
