1970 Johnson 9.9. Lost my top end power. This is what I know. Both cylinders are firing changed plugs. Old looked fine, starts great idles good. Seems like it will not rev fast enough no miss. Gas is good, have not taken anything apart yet for cleaning. Have a question at front end of throttle linkage under flywheel it looks like maybe a clip is missing. Plastic lever not attatched to anything just flops around when throttle is opened. Anyone have a diagram of linkage. Thanks in Advance.
