I have no reverse throttle on my 1996 side mount key switch remote control, I have reverse at idle but no throttle increase. I noticed that the shift lever lockout (nylon or plastic) is distressed, broken follower, could this be the cause, I also don't seem to have increased RPM with fast idle arm engaged, any help will be appreciated.
