I have a 1990 60hp Johnson. Just yesterday it started stalling when I accelerate. If I pull back on the throttle it will go back idling. I gave it some gas again and it stalled and cut off. I waited a minute or so and cranked it up and "hit the gas" and it took off running perfectly. It did this several times yesterday as I was pulling the grand kids. Could I have gotten some bad gas. It was recently serviced and the stator was replaced.
