I have a 2001 johnson 50. The boat sank last year and we were able to salvage the motor. the power tilt is shot. Boat yard wants $1300 to fix it. Is there a way to just bypas the hydraulics and manually lift the motor? Not sure the boat a s awhole is worth much more than $1300
