Help

[Rwages]

I have a 1960 Rd22 40 hp Johnson Super Sea Horse, motor will spin like it should without plugs, but put plugs in and will only spin about 1/2 a turn and is real tight to pull with the pull rope. It was running fine 3 weeks ago and has done nothing but sit in shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
