I have a 1989 GT110 that won't idle. It sat in my garage for three years and I jsut recently tried to get in running. I rebuilt both carbs, new water pump, etc. In the driveway it runs great at high speeds but the idle is kind of rough. In the water at high speeds it feels liek someone is holding the prop and then it takes off only to slow down again. Any ideas?
