  • 2003 Johnson 2 Stroke 90hp carburetors "Intermediate air bleed orifices"

I am stomped, after draining and replacing fuel, replaced water fuel separator filter, fuel filter at engine, removed and cleaned cabs. To include running sea-foam through system. I am still getting a cutting back at full throttle like it has bad fuel in it. It runs great at slow through mid and will run for a period at full without doing it and just when you think its ok it will cut out like its bad fuel or something. The only thing that goes through my mind is the Intermediate air bleed orifice on each carb. should I have done something like bleed the air from it? I need help to correct this problem!

I am new to the forum, hope I posted correctly.

It is probably a fuel restriction in hoses, filters or pickup tube in gas tank or it's loosing fire on one or more cylinders. Vacumn check fuel system and check fire on each cylinder with timming light when looses rpm's.
