2004 johnson 9.9 carb. cover question

Noticed on one of the posts here that the sleeve on the idle mixture screw was cut back to make adjustment easier.
Is there any other cover, that is interchangable, that uses the regular idle mix screw?
Just curious, not that I'd want to change it!
