i have i a 25tecem.have installed complete ignition system.Installed fuel pump,carb and all parts that can be replaced except enternal parts.Compression is good.Will not idle without loading up in the no wake zone.SPARK PLUGS SOAKED IN FUEL.I have set and reset everything on motor need some help.

Did you make sure to put ALL the jets in the carb? Or was the pin on the float sticking at all? Is the fuel pump correct for the motor? You can always try an inline fuel pressure regulator if the psi is too high.
