I have a 1976 evinrude 25 HP that will only start and run if I have the top coil unplugged and just run it on bottom cylinder. if I plug it back in it wont even cough. I have a spare coil that I swapped out and had no effect. so I pulled top off and one of the points was moving correctly the other Side just stayed closed the whole movement of throttle I can adjust it open but then just stays open whole time. help!
