Johnson 9.9hp mixture needle set

Hi I rebuilt the carb on a 1979 Johnson 9.9. Before I put the mixture nob on what do I set the needle at. Right now I have it at a 1/2 turn also what position should I put the nob at?

Run it in water and adjust needle as needed before installing knob.
