Johnson 150 Miss in 1 Cylinder

Hey folks - new to the forum and looking for some advice. I have a 99 Johnson 150 (J150PLEES) that has a miss. I checked compression and have about 100 lbs consistent in all cylinders. I also have spark in all cylinders, but the spark plug in one cylinder is discolored and appears to be missing fuel - the ceramic is darker than the others making me think its getting oil but no fuel. Is there an easy way to check for fuel or to clear the fuel supply to a single cylinder without a carb rebuild? Any help appreciated.

The carb is not hard to get off and would be easier to clean it so can rule it out.

I rebuilt the carb and its running great. Thanks for the advice.
