Update 97` 6hp to 8hp

Hi there,

I wanted to update my 97`Johnson 6hp to 8hp. I´ve changed all parts wich are different in the part list:
1. HIGH SPEED ORIFICE
2. NOZZLE WELL
3. Intake Manifold

The motor works, but in idle it sound like too many gasoline and at full throttle it has no power and sounds like too less gasoline. At full throttle the rpm is just about 50%.

Anybody an idea what is wrong or which part I´v forgotten to change?
Also does anybody knows the "standard" setting for the "NEEDLE VALVE, Slow speed"(turns from fully closed)?

Sounds like you need to put it back way it was. I don't attemp to alter horsepower on engines.
