93 Johnson 150

I just picked up a 93 Nitro 190 with a Johnson 150 v6. I'm having a problem with my trim/tilt switches. All 3 switches only work half of the time, both up and down. Sometimes the switch on the throttle won't work but the switch on the motor will and vise versa. I tested both relays and they are fine. When it does work it works great, motor sounds good and moves up and down smooth. Is there anything else to check over or look at before I pull new wires? Thanks

If switch on engine works ok then have a bad switch on controls or a wiring problem.
