Accelerator cable 90 degree bend

Currently the (accelerator) carburetor cable comes directly out of the motor.
Is there an alternative system (such as a 90 degree bend device) that will allow the cable to run parallel with the transom immediately it emerges from the motor?

Well aware of this and not suggesting it either.
I am asking is there device or means of connecting the cable differently or something that fits between the cable and the carburetor linkages to achieve this.
