I'm going through the tests outlined in the manual. My question is should wire A (40V from EMM/Alternator) on the four pin terminal going into the power distribution panel have 40V while the engine is not running? I'm doing the stop circuit test and want to make sure I understand it correctly before I purchase another PDP that I just replaced 18 months ago for $400+
