prop oil seal

I have an 84 70hp and am getting water in the gear case oil. I would like to replace the prop shaft seal first since it looks like it can be done without removing the gear case. I think that all you have to do is remove 2 bolts that hold in the bearing carrier but any advise would be appreciated. Thanks, Keith

Yes that is it, will need a puller to get housing out.
