140hp gaskets

im a newbe to this and i would like to thank you in advance.i got new gaskets pt#0317955 and 323469 what type of sealant should i use if any.also what should the torque be. i have j140tlcte, and if you have any suggestions as i have not worked on many boats thanks for your time

thank you for your responce .i put gaskets and starter bendix on that i got at boats.net boat starts runs fine no leaks and was pleased with service.thanks again.
