Oil runs out of a little hole in the lower unit

Hello Guys. I have a 1970 20hp johnson outboard. I changed the oil in the lower unit and the next day I noticed oil running out of a little hole in the lower case next to the oil level screw. Can someone tell me what is going on?

May have a drive shaft or shift shaft seal leaking. Need to remove lower unit and pressure test for leaks.
