has been stalling out, around 3500 rpm. have replaced power pack, coils,plugs and wires. only thing left is stator. any other ideas. compression good on all any four. one plug is fouling. thinking after all ive read most be stator.

Check to see if loosing fire with a timing light could be a fuel problem. -
thanks. i will do. i soon as i can. seems to only stall under a load in normal condition, when runnin it with the ears on seems fine, does not stall. if it was fuel wouldnt happen with no load to.Comment

Not necessarily, if you have a plugged air/fuel passage or they are not adjusted/synced propperly then could show symptoms under load only.Comment
