Converting from tiller to remote

I need a 25 hp short shaft with remote steering for a light project. A mid-80s low time motor should do. There not easy to find. I suppose that's because with a motor that small, tiller steering is mostly used. The shift lever looks straight forward, but I'm not so sure about the carb/timing advance aspect of it. So how difficult is it to convert a tiller motor to a remote?

It is not difficult you just need to purchase the adapter kits for the steering and remote cables. The electrical is a little different depending on if it is electric start or not.
