Hi, I am thinking of installing a temperature gauge and sensor on my Johnson to control temp of cylinders. Is it possible to install such kits, for instance, from Faria or other brands. If yes, then where's the sensor installed? Perhaps, you can recommend kits that will fit my engine? thanks

Yes that should be possible for your model. There should be a port on the cylinder head that will allow for a temp sensor. Most temp sensor kits are universal.
