2001 150 johnson

I have 2001 150 hp johnson outboard.
when i fire the motor up in driveway everything is good but on the water after sitting in a spot fishing motor off motor fire right up but when i go to take off it boggs down and stalls out. but i canot duplicate at home in driveway.

Try pumping the primer bulb before restarting.

Try allowing the engine to idle for a couple minutes prior to shutting off at the fishing spots. Could have vapor locking issues.
