I replaced my starter with a new one. Number one error was not taking picutes in the first place.
I have three loose wires 2 thin and one thick wire for starter but I don't know where they go. The large wire (black) is hot 12.4 v and one thin with
.3 v last black no voltage.
I have looked at wiring diagrams and they appear to run a(large red) hot wire from battery to brass fitting on starter. I don't have extra red wire. Question: Will having the red thick wire from battery to thick post of solinoid be sufficient to engage starter OR should the large red battery wire be connected to the brass fitting on the starter. 729.jpg
