stuck bearing carrier

HELP i have a 1990 40hp with a bad clutch dog. i think i have been trying to remove bearing carrier for about a month now. i bought manuel i have heated broke 1/4 in bolts off trying to pull rigged all types of pullers straightened 1/2 hook bolts i was putting under open places. all to no avail!! sugestions PLEASE

It's a fine line between hot enough to expand housing and too much heat will damage housing, but if heat and pullers don't break loose then must be too corroded to get apart without damaging gearcase.
