Hydrolic piston stuck

I have a 200 seahorse that I can't remove the Hydrolic lift assy. because the pin that holds the piston to the motor is frozen solid. Do I need to drill this out? Cut it out? Heat it up? I am afraid of hitting it too hard. I have soaked it with w-d40. Any help would be great. Thanks

Try heating housing up around pin.
