Lost Full power

Hi all My 1977 85 hp johnson javelin has lost its full power. it still idles, I still take off like normal but at full throttler there is half the amount of power. I have check the carbs and they still open full like normal. It feels like it wants to rev higher. Help me

Check to make sure that the timing advance linkage is not sloppy on moving the entire range.
