Need the model number, year charts and parts catalog use model number not serial.

Can't fine a model number anywhere on motor

Unfortunately that motor is to old to look up the registration with Johnson/Evinrude and all the motor information is in the model number. Sometimes Johnson will mark the model as well as the serial number on a freeze plug on the block, you can look for that plug.

same number is on the freeze plug,I Think I found out by doing a Google search, it appears to be a 1959 super seahorse. Do you know of any repair manuals?
