rusted tilt bolt

I have a 1989 4hp mod. J4RDHLCEC, I think the salt water has corroded the steel tilt bolt to the Aluminum frame. The nut snapped off trying to tighten it and now it won't move, even after 2 days of soaking in lock tight. Do you think heating it will help, where and how much? What parts (#'s) will I need to replace it all new?

First you should not soak in lock-tite, that will make your job harder. Heat is most likely a necessity. The following link is for you motor, go through the diagrams and pick out the parts you require.
