1983 johnson 90HP no start

My 1983 90hp Johnson ran fine yesterday. Today I turned the key and nothing, no click, no nothing. The battery is new, about 1 hour use. I checked the ground, ok. How can I check to see if the ignition switch is ok or if some interlock or kill switch is not right? Any other suggestions?

Check fuse on engine, check neutral switch in control box.
