1974 50hp johnson

my 50hp johnson bogs out when i push full throttle. i push full throttle and it speeds up for about a second and then it bogs out. today i checked the spark plugs and they were a little black but on the top plug there was a drop of what i think was water. please tell me this is an easy fix.

First complete a compression test. Verify that you do not have water contamination in your fuel system. Chances are you will need to remove and repair the carburetors.
