Just purchased a old boat and motor in really good shape. Took out the boat for a spin and it stalls when idling down and has a slight vibration at low speeds? The other thing it did is a higher speeds the boat would lean to the right even with my hands on the steering wheel (actually kind of scary) Anybody have any idea on what my problems could be?

check compression and spark. You should also check the trim tab above the motor. This could cause the motor to pull in one direction.
