Idle Adjustment Johnson 115 90 drg. CV-4

I have a TJ115TLET and I would like to know if there is a way to adjust the idle or does it have non adjustable set-up. I have synchronized the throttle butterflies and set the open of the marker on the throttle cam. Is that it? The more I read the more confused I get. Run it down to me please, the book I have (seloc) covers so many models I can't make heads or tails of what I am reading. If somebody could ABC me through this.

The idle itself is not adjustable. All the adjustments are through the timing arm.
