how to ? points set and engine identification

need to first identfy the engine. then i need the Proceedger to set the points properly. Please help.

It's a 1971 model, I don't have the manual on that model to look up point setting. You can get manual at Original outboard product and service manuals for Johnson, Evinrude, Gale, and OMC
