loss of power after running for 10 minutes.

i also have a 1998 johnson 60hp that will run great for 10 minutes and then lose power. we think that after running, the bottom cylinder is not firing, correctly. we have been through everything, including compression-same, and replaced the powerpack with another off a motor that runs fine and the same problem arises. we looked at the parts under the flywheel and everything seems to be intact. thanks

Have you actually checked spark on the bottom cylinder when the unit looses power?
