Need help with this motor. I picked up this barge about a month ago it had been sitting on the lake in a slip. It was running ok when first used the boat on the lake. Ran some seafoam in the tank and now it will not idle and surges for the first 5 or 10 minutes then will run ok untill you stop and start all over again. I have replaced all the full lines. And it will idle on a hose at the house?

It is possible the the sea foam freed up the varnish in the lines and clogged some jets on the carburetors. Check the fuel pumps, varify they are supplying fuel to the carburetors. If all looks good till the carburetors, then remove and thoroughly clean.
