Johnson 15 2005 won't run at idle

The carb is completely clean; fuel is good. Have ordered new fuel pump assembly kit. Maybe diaphragm is shot. Other ideas? What about that idle speed adjuster?

Is it 2stroke or 4stroke? Check the timing.

I just replaced the timing wheel and the sencor, now i have to take it out to see if it's ok. thanks

Also make sure the timing plate moves with the throttle.
