Shoul i loose compression on my motor

i have a 1989 sun bird with a 48 spl johnson and i was doing a compression test 119psi on #1 cylinder and 120 psi on #2 cylinder and i saw that the compression was dropping when i quit cranking should it or is their something wrong i am new to boating and i dont know were to start.and i think it has power loss and the spark plugs are wet when takin out any idea would be great thank you in advance

If the pressure drops on your compression guage, then you have a leak in the guage. Compression looks good. Check for spark.
