83 Johnson 140 HP

Engine rather suddenly lost power. Did a compression test and facing the prop, I got 125 and 130psi on the cylinders on the left hand side and 85 and 90 psi on the right. I also realized that the top piston on the right side is dry. All the other seem to show a little moisture. Spark seems good. Removed the plug wires from both cylinders on the right and did not hear a change in engine sound. Any ideas?

That is a very low compression reading, pull cylinder head and inspect pistions and cylinders.

Cylinders are scored and pistons look like they've dragged rings. Want to remove the power head but don't have the proper sequence to do so.
