tearing down a 1985 johnson outboard 150

i have a 85 outboard 150 that needs a complete tear down. i'm using the manuals, but i missing something on the removal of the powerhead. i removed the four lower hold down bolts. is there any other bolts? linkages

There are two bolts in back under adapter plate and two nuts in front.

once the bolts are removed, the power head is can be lifted cleanly off the mid section?

Yes, should lift right off, if it gives you problems verify all bolts are removed.

engine lift bracket

where can i get a engine lift attachment to the flywheel, to remove the 85 johnson 150? i have a harmonic balancer puller that fits it but the threads for the eye bolt are fine and i can find a one yet. all i have seen are coarse thread. i got the bolts for the flywheel to puller, just nothing to lift it up yet. thanks
