First thanks for all the great information and help. I searched previous post but could not locate anything. I have a 1990 Johnson 150 that doesn't seem to be providing any charge. When testing the battery connection I get a reading of 12.2 volts before starting the motor. While idling and higher rpms I still read 12.2 at the battery. This is a dedicated starting battery just to my main motor. Can you help direct me towards testing procedures on the rectifier - regulator. I have ordered a new manual (not selco) but hoping to address this while waiting for its arrival.
