1998 25 HP electric start conversion

i currently have a 25 hp tiller motor with a pull start. i want to know if it is possible to convert it to an electric start? the reason i ask is because i will be doing a lot of duck hunting in the winter and it will be difficult to start. anyone have any ideas?

do you know where i can find a flywheel for the electric start motor for the same year that is cheap? and also what years are compatable with my year and does evinrude parts cross over?
