Best Johnson motors models and years

i'm looking at boats with johnson motors and want to know which models and years were the most dependable?

you are asking a very vague question. as far as johnson motors you are going to get a very dependable motor no matter what way you go. i have own several different motors (chrysler force and mercury) and also johnson. i also know several people that own johnsons and have no issues with them and i do not have any either. i would recommend johnson motors from top to bottom to anyone.
