i am trying to find out what the best propeller would be for my motor and boat combo. i have a 16 foot flat bottom aluminum boat and i usually haul at full capacity of the boat. i am looking for the most efficient and least vibration prop. can anyone help?

Propellers are a trial and error, If you know what you have currently, we can work from there.

Ok, rule of thumb. For every 1 pitch up you loose accel and drop rpm by approx. 200-300 rpm. Opposite for down pitch. Aluminum to Stainless you would drop 1 pitch. If you are currently running your max RPM, then try keeping the same pitch and diameter, but different styles.
